Metro Manila: Delivered via PlayHard’s in-house team or on-demand delivery apps (e.g., Lalamove, Transportify), depending on order size.
- Provincial Areas: Shipped via reliable third-party couriers. Customers may also suggest a preferred courier, and we’ll coordinate with them for smooth delivery.
In the event that your area is non-serviceable by any courier, our free shipping coverage will apply only up to the nearest available pickup point of the agreed courier.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Manila & Luzon: Within 3–5 working days
- Provincial Areas: Within 14–21 working days, depending on location and courier access
