Return & Refund Policy

At Hawkeye Sports Trading Corporation, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or made-to-order equipment

  • Used gym flooring or mats

  • Clearance and promotional items

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@playhardfitness.ph with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photo documentation so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
