How to Clean
1. Dilute a disinfectant concentrate in water. Dip a clean cloth in the solution and wipe the mat from top to bottom.
2. Wipe down the mat with plenty of clean water to remove any soapy residue.
3. Repeat on bottom side
4. Air dry the mat before use

How Will I Receive My Order?

Metro Manila: Delivered via PlayHard’s in-house team or on-demand delivery apps (e.g., Lalamove, Transportify), depending on order size.
- Provincial Areas: Shipped via reliable third-party couriers. Customers may also suggest a preferred courier, and we’ll coordinate with them for smooth delivery.
In the event that your area is non-serviceable by any courier, our free shipping coverage will apply only up to the nearest available pickup point of the agreed courier.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Manila & Luzon: Within 3–5 working days
- Provincial Areas: Within 14–21 working days, depending on location and courier access
