We offer FREE shipping on all orders ₱15,000 and above anywhere in the Philippines. Whether you’re in Metro Manila or the provinces, we’ll make sure your gear gets to you, safe and hassle-free.

How Will I Receive My Order?

• Metro Manila: Delivered via PlayHard’s in-house team or on-demand delivery apps (e.g., Lalamove, Transportify), depending on order size.
  
• Provincial Areas: Shipped via reliable third-party couriers. Customers may also suggest a preferred courier, and we’ll coordinate with them for smooth delivery.

In the event that your area is non-serviceable by any courier, our free shipping coverage will apply only up to the nearest available pickup point of the agreed courier.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro Manila & Luzon: Within 3–5 working days
• Provincial Areas: Within 14–21 working days, depending on location and courier access

Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Some delays may occur due to volume or area restrictions.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone with a valid ID is available to receive your order. For items requiring installation, our team will coordinate with you directly. Redelivery fees may apply if no one is available to receive the delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a text or email notification once your order is out for delivery. Our team or courier partner will also update you when your package is en route.
